GearDex is where I keep my camera kit and my photo business. Every body, lens, light and drone gets a record with serial number, purchase price, condition and receipt, and you can export an insurance PDF when your broker asks. Lending gear to a second shooter? Print a QR tag and check items out and back in. Shoot plans pull in weather and sun times, build a packing list from your own inventory, and produce a call sheet. Drone records hold the FAA registration and Remote ID. Every plan also includes a site builder and client galleries; Pro adds a client CRM and Studio adds booking and invoices. Runs on the web, macOS 1.3.2 and Windows 1.3.2, and the native iOS app is in App Store review. Free plan, paid from $39/yr. I'm a solo developer in Orange County and I shoot on a GFX 100 II, X-T5, S1R II and S9.
