Tell us about a bad listing.

• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting or deceptive downloads.
• Scams, fraud, impersonation of a brand or person, or deceptive monetisation.
• Dead, parked or hijacked links, and sites that no longer match their listing.
• Misleading descriptions, pricing claims, platform claims or age-suitability declarations.
• Stolen work, piracy, counterfeits or trademark misuse.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, self-harm promotion, or sexual content.
• Rating and review manipulation, sockpuppets or spam.
• Anything else that breaks the community guidelines.

For content involving child sexual exploitation, imminent threats to life, or non-consensual intimate imagery, report it right away and mark it urgent. We treat these as top priority, remove the content, terminate the account, and where the law requires it report to the appropriate authorities and preserve records for them. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

• which category above it falls into;
• what you saw, and a screenshot or link if you have one;
• whether anyone is at immediate risk.

Please do not send us intimate or illegal imagery as evidence. Describe it and link to where it appears.

• The report re-runs our automated safety and link checks on the content straight away.
• The item enters a human review queue, urgent safety reports first, and may be unpublished while it is looked at.
• A person decides the outcome, and we log who acted, when and why.
• We may notify the creator and give them a chance to respond or fix the problem.
• We keep your report confidential and do not share your identity with the creator.

We aim to triage safety reports within 24 hours and other reports within a few business days. Repeated bad-faith or automated reporting is itself a violation.
